The hotel has been recently refurbished and offers tasteful, comfortable rooms with great beds, large bathrooms, and a view of downtown. The friendly staff and great design make the stay pleasant overall, but some areas could be improved like the dining experience.
I couldn't have asked for a better location as the hotel is right by Orchard Road shopping, making it super convenient. The rooms are top-notch and in excellent condition. However, the noise from the nearby building site during the day was a bit bothersome.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were comfortable, cozy, and clean. We even found a nice surprise in the room with a special touch to celebrate our anniversary - rose petals in the bathtub and a delicious chocolate cake from the staff. The only downside was the TV's not having HD channels or a way to plug in an HDMI cable.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were wonderful and clean, with housekeeping done twice a day without any issues. However, there were some minor issues with electrical sockets and the shower door not closing fully, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. The dining experience offered an enormous spread of food with selections from all over the world. All in all, the Four Seasons was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and we will definitely choose this brand again.

The service was top-notch, with birthday amenities beautifully arranged in the room to make my occasion extra special. The location was fantastic for shopping, dining, and easy access to transport. The dining experience was sumptuous, and I particularly enjoyed the separate section for halal and non-halal food.
